  • What services does iDo Event offer?
    We offer a wide range of services, including: Event Planning & Management – Full event coordination from concept to execution. (COMING SOON) Event Decoration & Styling – Customized decor tailored to your event theme and preferences. Rental Services – Event structures, props, floral arrangements, and more through our rental division, iDo Rent. (COMING SOON) Corporate Event Solutions – Professional setup for business functions, product launches, and networking events. Private Celebrations – Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and intimate gatherings.
  • What are your pricing packages?
    Our pricing varies depending on the event type, size, and level of customization. We offer different packages, from standard setups to fully customized designs. For a detailed quote, please reach out to us with your event details.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, to confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due one week after the event date.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for private events and 4-8 weeks for corporate or large-scale events. However, we will always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
  • Do you provide on-site event management?
    Currently we do not offer that , but we will offer full event-day coordination soon. This service is to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to enjoy your event without stress.
  • Do you offer customized event designs?
    Absolutely! We specialize in tailor-made decor that aligns with your theme, vision, and budget. Whether you have a specific concept in mind or need design guidance, we’ll bring your ideas to life.
  • Can I rent decor items instead of booking a full event setup?
    Our rental division, iDo Rent , is coming soon ! Please Stay Tune ! We will offers a variety of event props, backdrops, floral arrangements, and furniture for rent.
  • Can you handle both small and large-scale events?
    We try to cater to events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and weddings. Kindly contact us for more information.
  • Do you travel for events?
    Yes, we are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but we also travel for events in surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellation: Deposits are refundable, but with valid reason. Last Minute Cancellation : Deposits are non - refundable for last minute cancellation. However, we may offer partial credit for future events under certain conditions.
  • What if I need additional services like catering or entertainment?
    We have a network of trusted vendors, including caterers, photographers, entertainers, and sound & lighting specialists. We can connect you with the right partners to complete your event.
